A wide range of possibilities for young talents

The best way to start a career is to train for a qualification. To secure our long-term personnel requirements, we offer a wide range of vocational training. We have a strong tradition of training at KACO, of which we are proud. We train above-average numbers of young people because we know that our trainees are the future of KACO. Our headquarters at Heilbronn includes an excellently equipped training workshop for all commercial and technical professions. Young people receive very practical training from us. Team-building measures support their development.

In addition, we maintain ongoing collaborations with schools and universities to establish links with talented school-leavers and graduates at an early stage. Students from cooperative universities have the opportunity at KACO to get to know how a company works while they are still studying. For this reason, many students at the Cooperative Universities in Mosbach and Stuttgart have, for many years, gladly taken the opportunity to gain practical experience with us.

School internships

Each year, KACO offers internships in the commercial and technical areas. The focus here is on the technical area.

Vocational experience

Trial internships are possible in a range of professional fields at KACO. For a week or longer, participants can watch professionals at work and gain a first impression of what specific jobs are like, to help them choose a profession later. Applicants should write a brief letter setting out their wishes and expectations.

Preliminary internships

Preliminary internships are generally carried out for technical areas in our training workshop (metal machining), but they are, in principle, also possible elsewhere at KACO. In the commercial area, an insight can be gained into the various departments, where possible.
Plant internships, practical semesters, internships for students, bachelor and degree research projects

Trainee programme

At KACO, the trainee programme takes place either in one department, in order to really get to know it, or in various different departments.
